12 years as a top flight barrister has taught me how to represent people from all walks of life and meet their needs.
Studying for an A’level in politics at Cambridge Seminars sixteen years ago while living on Arbury Road, I first started thinking about a career in politics and giving back to the community that inspired me to become the person I am today.
Cambridge is a city that combines the very best of research, innovation and technology in a lush green tapestry. The people of Cambridge are custodians of a national treasure which is considered an unrivalled seat of international learning.
Bold leadership is required to alleviate social, economic and environmental challenges in Cambridge.
Working with the community, government, business and city ambassadors, I will champion these changes and Cambridge’s potential to become the global benchmark for a greener, fairer and more sustainable world.
The priorities to achieve this are;
