LUKE HALL
CANDIDATE FOR THORNBURY AND YATE
Luke was born and grew up locally in South Gloucestershire and now lives in Westerleigh. His family have lived and worked in the local area for generations.
Luke went to a local state school and has worked in retail since the age of 16; starting on the shop floor and working his way up to become the Store Manager of Lidl in Yate. Luke currently runs the Farmfoods supermarket chain in the South West.
Locally, Luke has campaigned to protect the green belt and improve local transport services in South Gloucestershire.
Commenting on his selection, Luke said;
"I am delighted to have been selected as the Conservative candidate for my home constituency of Thornbury and Yate. I believe it is hugely important that we have a credible and local candidate. I grew up locally, went to school locally and I am thrilled to have been chosen to represent the area I care so much about. I believe it is crucial to continue to develop a society where local people have the chance to work hard and get on in life."
