Chelmsford, Chris Vince
I was born and raised in Chelmsford and care passionately about England's newest City. Being able to stand here in my home is both an honour and a privilege.
Having studied Engineering at University I made the decision to go into teaching and am currently a secondary school Maths teacher working in Rochford. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, doing volunteer work and of course meeting as many people as I can when campaigning with the local Labour Party. I have also been a Parish Council in Springfield for the last three years and have particularly enjoyed working with the new Youth Council organising local events for the community.
I want to be an MP for the same reason I wanted to be a teacher. I want to make a positive difference to peoples lives. I pledge that if I am elected to be your MP I will put you the people of Chelmsford first.
